CAFOD – Social Teaching Day – Dec 2021

We had an amazing day with Bronagh from CAFOD learning about how our faith guides us on how to live out our lives in the world. Our faith calls us to love God and to love our neighbours in every situation, especially our sisters and brothers living in poverty. Following in the footsteps of Christ, we hope to make present in our unjust and broken world, the justice, love and peace of God – We gathered together in workshops in our Key Stages to explore the different principles of Social Teaching.

CAROL SERVICE – DEC 2021

We gathered together in church , our whole school community to celebrate Christmas, through the wonderful medium of singing, poetry, liturgical dance and role play. Every class had an extremely important part to play in retelling the Nativity. A wonderful way to complete our Autumn Term and look forward to the wonders Christmas time brings. Father Whitwell blessed us all. A truly beautiful service.

ADVENT 2021

Look at our beautiful Advent wreaths from around school this year used for our collective worship and placed on our class altars.

Welcome Mass 2020

We started our new academic year with a Welcome Mass, which, unusually, took place on the school field. We were lucky with the weather, and everyone enjoyed the new and very different experience. Father Timothy Whitwell lead the Mass and commented on how beautiful it was. Many thanks to all our children, staff, parents and parishioners for helping us to start this new year in a very special way!
